Frequently Asked Questions Why did you name it DNflipz?
We choose the name DNflipz for our company because of its relativity to the industry, and to what we believe. The term “flipping” is used when resellers in the domain industry buy a domain name and resell it, turning over or “flipping” that name. We aim to pick names meeting our high standards that will be easy for our customers to “flip” hence the name DNflipz.com.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We are currently using PayPal’s payment system which allows for major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In the near future we will be fully integrating our payment process in-house so that we can more efficiently deal with any admin concerns or payment issues.
Do I need to have a Fabulous account to receive domains?
In the near future we will support all major registrars and push our domains through a single portfolio management account. At this time however, we are using the free Fabulous registrar because of their proven track record of professionalism. Sign up for a Fabulous account here: Account Sign up Page
How do I know when the domains have been transferred?
As soon as we manually push them from our accounts they will be in your Fabulous account and should be visible immediately.
When are your hours of operation? How many days until I receive my domain?
At the DNflipz location we work 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern standard time, however we keep on top of admin work every minute throughout the entire day. Submissions after 12:00am (EST) will be processed first thing in the morning. No matter what the day or the time we will do our best to get your domains transferred over to you as quickly as possible.
How do you decide on the names you list for sale?
We have a selection process that involves a creating a long list of our favorite domains. We then review and select the ones we believe with the highest resale values to put on our website. What happens to the rest of the list that you do not register?
At this time we are keeping all of the lists because all of the names we even consider are valuable. We are considering offering this list to our motivated resellers as part of a premium membership that also includes an rss feed and update emails for new listings. What time of day do you post domain names on the site?
There is not currently a set time when domain names are
posted however we will be offering update emails to our reseller accounts as
soon as they go online. If you are

Payment Information
At DNflipz.com we have one simple goal, to be the best domain resellers. It is through our quick and easy payment process that we help to achieve this goal. The transfer process allows us to transfer the registrar information for purchased domain names from us over to you. At this time we ask that you make a free, and secure Fabulous Registrar account at fabulous.com where we will transfer the names to your account.
Another paramount factor is the speed in which we can transfer between registrars. In order to achieve our goal at DNflipz.com we find it necessary quickly and securely transfer domain names. All of the domains will be approved and transferred manually to ensure the highest quality and the best service. Transferring the domains manually allows us to do so in a timely manner.
